The Southeastern
Division
is one of twenty that make up the Train Collectors
Association that is headquartered in Strasburg Pa. The division was
established in 1970 and currently has a roster of over a thousand members.
Its borders include Virginia, south of the Richmond/Staunton line but not
including those cities; North Carolina and South Carolina. In
addition, the division includes two chapters; Palmetto and Tidewater.
